Lisa Boyce

With over 25 years of experience in hospital and ancillary healthcare services as a nurse, clinical operations administrator and managed care professional, Ms. Boyce brings significant knowledge of operations and fiscal management to FairCode’s hospital and ambulatory surgery center clients.

Ms. Boyce has previously served in varying capacities with hospitals, health systems’ outpatient and ambulatory subsidiaries, MCOs and Physician Organizations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Product development, marketing, physician recruitment/retention strategies and financial performance were among her multiple responsibilities. Her recent consulting work for payors and providers has led to successful programs in the areas of clinical product development, quality management and cost containment.

Ms. Boyce has a B.S. in Nursing and an MBA from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
