Helen Walker

Dr. Walker is the Vice President of Clinical Operations of FairCode Associates, a healthcare consulting firm specializing in DRG and coding audits. A former registered nurse , she graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, did her Internal Medicine Residency at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and has been Board Certified in Internal Medicine since 1987. Dr Walker was in general internal medicine practice from 1987 to 2002. She has been the Clinical Director of FairCode since the founding of the company.
